GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Customer Service Manager is responsible to lead IN-Situ’s customer outreach initiative to meet the needs of both internal and external customers and to drive continuous improvements as it relates to In-Situ Care. The Customer Service Manager is also responsible to develop both talent and processes to attain IN-Situ’s growth goals through the utilization of data analysis and customer communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Available on short notice to travel all over the world to visit customer sites.
• Drive a culture of winning and continuous improvement through establishing and managing clear expectations from everyone on the team.
• Works with America’s Service Center Manager and VP of Aftermarket Sales to create, plan, and set clear expectations for Customer Service Representatives around developing a reliable customer support team.
• Works with Americas Service Center Manager and VP of Aftermarket Sales to deliver In-Situ Care service contracts.
• Protects and improves the team’s productivity through continuous improvement.
• Responsible for driving data-driven service contracts that address customer needs.
• Works closely with Sales department to ensure customer communication is aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Ensures all associates are knowledgeable of, and comply with, all work policies. Holding the team accountable for standard daily responsibilities.
• Responsible for training of new representative on VoC calls and In-Situ products.
• Enlists all associates in the commitment to excellence, leading by example.
• Develops future state vision for In-Situ Care contracts based on data analytics and customer history.
• Works with Service and Rental departments to drive processes and improvements relating to customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate associate performance and conduct reviews. Coach, train, and counsel associates to improve performance.
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance regarding customer satisfaction and service needs.
• Attend regular product and application training at In-Situ Process facility.
• Manage time and priorities to meet customer expectations.
• Available on short notice to travel to visit customer sites. Up to 20%.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maintain close working relationships with internal departments.
• Drive continuous improvement to the processes that support the business.
• Support daily business functions in the event of absences.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHSICAL ACTIVITIES:

• General office environment with some time spent each day in service center areas and with cross functional teams. Travel is required.

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

Additional Compensation: Participation in a Company sponsored variable compensation plan
